All new customers joining are to pay in advance by Monthly Direct Debit 1 month before the course starts on the 1st of the month, otherwise your space may be offered to someone else.
This is spread over 12 months to ease the cost for either 35/36/37 weeks of swimming lessons (depending on what day you come). My year is based on the school academic year September – July.

The fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Cheques are no longer accepted due to Bank charges. If your cheque is returned from the bank unpaid there will be a £10.00 admin charge as well as any payment charges which are incurred due to bounced cheques or failed DD payments.
You will be automatically booked on to the same class on the next course unless you tell Tracy otherwise. Courses run in line with the school holidays so may vary, term dates will be posted on the web site:

Please give me 1 month’ notice if you wish to leave, this is essential for the smooth running of the classes/Swim School.
Cancelling your direct debit : We recognise that many people’s circumstances change. In such an event, should you wish to cancel your direct debit we ask that you notify us in writing. This needs to be done before the 20th of the month in order to be effective from the 1st of the following month. Where notification is not received by 20th of the month, we reserve the right to collect any monies outstanding in the event of this agreement not being upheld.
Refunds and cancellations/catch ups
It is with regret that I cannot offer catch ups lessons due to the lack of pool availability.
Tracy Lowe Swim School or the Pool owners may on occasions have to cancel a class due to unforeseen problems; I will either lay on an additional day or offer you an alternative option.
If insufficient children are booked into your class, I reserve the right to cancel the class for that course. In that instance you will be offered an alternative slot.
